Order Processing & Shipment Status

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. A second email with tracking information will follow once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
All purchases are made in accordance with a shipment contract, which means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Post-Dispatch Responsibility
Once the order has been dispatched and tracking details are provided, our responsibility for the shipment ends. We are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages that may occur during transit. Any such issues should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.
