Introduction and Our Process:
At Authorized Translation India, we specialize in providing translation and apostille services. Our commitment is to continuously enhance and deliver exceptional services to our valued clients. Here is a brief of the processes for our services:
Certified Translation:
Upon receiving an order, after the completion of the translation, we send a draft to the client for review via email or their preferred mode of communication. Clients are requested to review the draft with their primary focus on personal details such as spelling of names and addresses. Any necessary changes can be communicated via email or call. Once approved, hard copies are prepared and couriered, with soft copies sent via email. Standard shipping across India is complimentary, taking 3-4 working days, though delivery times may vary depending on the location. Express/faster shipping and international courier services are chargeable. Post-delivery changes incur ₹300 plus 18% GST. Please be advised that an additional charge of ₹300 plus 18% GST will be applied for post-delivery alterations.
Apostille:
Generally, original hard copies of documents are required for apostille. Upon order placement, clients are kindly requested to send hard copies of their documents. Once we receive the hard copies, we acknowledge receipt and provide soft copies for safekeeping. The apostille process typically takes 3-4 working days. In rare instances, unforeseen delays may occur at the ministry level, but we are committed to keeping you informed of any such developments.
Upon completion of apostille, soft copies of apostilled documents are emailed, and hard copies are couriered. Standard shipping across India is complimentary, taking 3-4 working days. Express/faster shipping and international courier services are chargeable. Post-delivery changes incur a ₹300 plus 18% GST fee.
Non-certified Translation:
For non-certified translation services, the process typically commences with the submission of documents for quotation via email. Upon receiving a quotation request, our team will promptly respond with an estimated quote and the projected timeframe for translation. Non-editable format documents are typically provided in Word format or as appropriate to the source files.
Payment and Billing:
Orders require advance billing. We are affiliated to RazorPay and accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, Amex, e- wallets and bank transfers etc.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice. We kindly request that you periodically review these terms and conditions while visiting our website.
