Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Upon placing an order, our team starts the process within 2 hours. So, an order can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. You can email or call us along with your order ID. If you submit a cancellation or refund request after 2 hours, the refund can be initiated only if the order has not been processed or assigned to our translators.
- The client can claim for refund if they do not receive any update within the given duration after placing the order. We shall be responsible for the refund and will process the same as soon as possible.

The refund will be processed directly in your source account within 2-3 business days. For example, if you paid through a card or bank account, the refund will be credited to the card or account you used for payment.
